You always have to crouch them for better accuracy, there are generally two types of cover. The game is not that hard on the lower difficulties (although i have a fairly decent dexterity when it comes to turn based games), it gets a considerable spike if you play on higher difficulties though. If you manage your squad properly and move them cover to cover, you can generally do fine against the aliens. I saw some videos of it, im going to take it to try it out, but if anyone had played it, how is it? Hard, unfair, weird.?
